At Poke-PowerTCG, most of our products are digital Pokémon TCG Live code cards. These items are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Instant Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased codes will be delivered instantly to your account on our website. In most cases, delivery happens within a few seconds to a few minutes.

You may also receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

How to Access Your Codes

After completing your purchase:

  1. Log in to your Poke-PowerTCG account

  2. Navigate to My Orders

  3. Select your recent order

  4. Your Pokémon TCG Live codes will be displayed there

Delivery Delays

While most orders are delivered instantly, in rare cases delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Payment verification checks

  • Temporary server or system delays

  • High website traffic

If your codes have not appeared within 10 minutes, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Notice

Because digital codes are visible immediately after delivery, all digital purchases are considered final and are non-refundable once the codes have been revealed.
